Whatever my disillusionment with the world and church, I cannot dismiss the surge of hope within my soul to view the sun rising over a gathering of Christians receiving communion on the rocky shores of Galway Bay.
Russ Crabtree is the co-founder and president of Holy Cow! Consulting, an organization providing training, strategic planning, community, college, staff, congregational, and governing body surveys. He also does mediation, group problem solving, and succession planning.

Russ lives in Columbus, Ohio with his wife Shawn and has four adult children: Emily, Elizabeth, Sarah, and Michael.
